Andy provides a great service. Our pool was not properly closed last season, and this year when we took off the tarp, it was a black and green nightmare. Andy worked us into his schedule, and overhauled our pool in a short amount of time. We even contacted a few other companies to compare prices, and they too recommended calling Triton. A customer recommendation is one thing, but getting recommended by his competitors is a whole different level. He has continuously answered our many questions, and our pool looks great. Elaina does a great job staying in contact with us about the schedule, and emailing invoices. We can go online to make payments and everything has been handled in a professional and fantastic way. This pool company is very thorough and professional. I had contacted them to fix something on my pool. I was out of the country and the pool water level had decreased tremendously. They made sure that the water level was increased so this wouldn’t ruin the motor. My pool had also turned green while I was out of town. When I got home everything was taken care of and even took time to communicate with me through emails of the situation. To me this is an exceptional pool company and trust me I have been through some terrible and unprofessional pool companies. I have full confidence in this pool company. We have just built a new home and I wanted to be sure when or if we added a pool, we found someone who could make it completely safe from a chemical perspective, and have it sparkling clean. I also wanted someone who was dependable, and able to take care of the many issues that come up sometimes for all of us pool owners. Mechanical, electrical and even landscaping. Triton has either the expertise, or the connections to take care of our needs. So we added the pool to our home and are very satisfied with our service/maintenance. The owner, of Triton, Andy, provides the service first, then if you are happy and satisfied, expects the payment. Fair enough. Always like to help someone who is energized, and competent and knows what they are doing. Recommend.

I have been so pleased with the work Andy, Triton Pools, performed for us this year. He was punctual and knowledgeable in all aspects of pool repair and maintenance. He turned my algae filled pool around in time for my scheduled guests to arrive. He also replaced the sand in the sand filter and repaired a busted water intake pipe.
